This is an amazing wreath full of color and will make a lovely statement wherever you choose to display it! You may want to hang it on your front door or maybe above your fireplace mantel.

The main focal point for this wreath is the turquoise blue cross that is accented with spike nails. This would be great for Easter or Valentine's Day, or to display as an everyday wreath. One of the meanings of the cross is love so this wreath will work for Valentine's Day and Easter!!!

Gorgeous red and white vereigated tulips stand tall and are mixed in with colorful wildflowers of purple, turquoise blue, yellow, and red! Many different varieties of grenery and grass. There are two different types of ferns for added interest.

I designed this on a quality round grapevine wreath and accented the wreath with a burlap bow.

EASTER WREATHS 2015

THE FACE THAT STOLE MY HEART!

OH WHAT A FACE!!!

 

For many of you that know me and have visited 

my blog much, you know that I have a place in 

my heart for cute little critters!  This is only one 

of the darling faces that I found to make 

someone's Easter special!  There is nothing like having a fun, 

whimsical wreath for your front door for Easter!

I remember one year some grandparents ordered a wreath from me 

to display on their entry door to their home.  They wanted their 

grandchildren to be delighted as to what their eyes would see the 

minute they drove into their driveway!  This nice couple took the 

time to send me a sweet 

note to let me know how each 

and 

everyone enjoyed their Easter Bunny Wreath!   It's the special 

touches that we do in life that make's someone's day!

SPREAD THE VALENTINE TEDDY BEAR LOVE

Hobby Lobby is one 

of my favorite stores!!!

I get so may ideas as I browse the 

isles that are full of seasonal embellishments!

I already had this lovely black and white 

 zebra ribbon and beautiful pink deco mesh

so I looked for the embellishments that 

would

 make a pretty Valentine wreath! I usually 

begin with the focal point when selecting the  embellishments.

  I love teddy bears, especially for Valentine's day!  Teddy

 bears are traditional, cute, and loving 

for a beautiful day that inspires love!  

I finally

decided on this cute little guy with the Valentines stamped on the bottom 

of his feet!

He is so adorable!  Don't you think so too?

I found the shiny black and pink ornament balls that are perfect 

with the zebra ribbon and  also adds a little more glitz!

The heart has some black and white zebra trim on it as well as the

"Love"

word!!!  One more item and I was finished when I found the 

"you & me" 

pick!!!

Fall is Around the Corner

Rusty Copper Fall Wreath with Burlap Bow

Fall is one of my favorite seasons of the year!  Notice that I said one of my favorites!  It just depends which season is about to finish as to which season I'm anxious for!  I love all the colors of the autumn palette!  I especially love the colors that are rich and vibrant!  When selecting my items for this wreath, I started with the peony pictured below! 

XL Rusty Copper Peony

I fell in love with this color and all the shades mingled with it!  Shades of tuscan gold,  and different shades of green.  I added fillers of brown, copper, gold, yellow, orange, all colors with different shades.  They are all perfect for this beautiful peony!  I added a beautiful designer burlap bow to complete the feel of fall! 

 

HYDRANGEA IN THE LIME LIGHT

This beautiful Spring or Summer wreath is a beauty!  I can't take all the credit for it.  The flowers make the difference!  The focal point of the wreath is the bow

I chose a lot of small wild flowers, or some may call them field flowers, never the less, they are small and some are extra tiny!  That makes a wreath like this one very time consuming to make; for me it takes a while!

I had my flowers scattered about as I carefully selected each one!  The color palette is always important to me and this one was no different!  I love all colors!  At one time I couldn't say that, I didn't like all the colors in the rainbow, so to speak!  It is strange how people change over the course of time but they do.
